What are some research topics that use absolute zero measurements?

I must write a paper on a research topic that uses absolute zero measurements but I can’t come up with anything. I am drawing a blank. If someone could just help me reckon of thoughts , I would greatly appreciate it. Here is the criteria for my paper:
